THE RFID PLUSES
RFID TECHNOLOGY. THE PLUSES

Non-contact
reading and writing
Each tag can store a large amount of data (up to 16 kbytes and more); the data needed for each “process” can be written and rewritten freely and without direct contact with the tag, eliminating paper supports and many factors that decrease the performance within each process.

Object and data
integration
This provides an accurate and error-free solution with efficient quality control. Furthermore, storing data directly on the object is important in case of emergencies, as it enables offline processing, drastically reducing the time needed to restore the application.

Advanced
wireless transmission
technologies and protocols
RFID systems transmit data including control and error detection characters, which ensure the highest quality and reliability of communication. The system has no mechanical parts, thus reducing the possibility of a malfunction and making the devices applicable in environments with temperatures below zero.

Reading and writing even in case of imprecise
positioning and non-visible tags
RFID systems communicate via electrical and electromagnetic signals, thus eliminating problems of non-reading or incorrect reading due to the presence of dirt. In addition, the reading area of a radio frequency antenna is generally quite large and allows for the avoidance of precise positioning of the object.

An intelligent
technology
Thanks to the complete automation of the entire process, an RFID system allows to improve the tracking and management of the life cycle of a product in many aspects, from the greater speed of processing of information to the ability to read multiple labels simultaneously, up to the almost complete decrease in human errors.
