In fact, each Customer has as a single point of contact the programmer who has followed the project from the beginning of the collaboration, who takes charge of the work and follows it from the preliminary stages until its completion. This is because only programmer analysts work in VM Vision.
Each programmer usually works at the Customer’s production site, in close contact with the company’s IT Manager and with the technicians who manage the Company’s systems.
