The Tags, resistant to the working conditions in which they operate – high temperatures, dust, magnetic fields, vibrations, acids, paints, etc. – report the detailed requirements of each vehicle, the procedural information for each individual process, and automatically record each operation along the entire assembly line.<\/p>\n

RFID technology finds application in the sectors of industries specializing in galvanic treatments.
\n<\/strong><\/span>In a solution created for one of its customers, VM Vision placed the TAGs on baskets or grids where the products are hung and processed. When the basket is immersed in a tank, a fixed antenna or an RFID handheld device reads the data sent by the TAG, thus identifying the basket, the tank where it is immersed and the immersion time. The TAGs used are resistant to immersion in the liquids used for galvanic treatments.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Galvanic treatments are, in a nutshell, aesthetic and protective procedures for metals, carried out by electrochemical depositions of a thin layer of a metal or alloy that modify the surface properties of the support with the aim of improving certain characteristics such as resistance to corrosion, electrical, mechanical and optical properties. Galvanic treatments are carried out with aqueous solutions at room temperature, or slightly higher, which contain metal salts, bases, acids and specific additives and which are carried out in tanks aligned in sequence<\/strong>.
\n<\/strong>RFID technology allows you to track the sequence of treatments carried out on a material in the different tanks. In fact, the TAGs automatically record and transmit to the management system the sequence and duration of each treatment for each individual element.
